Made this breakfast wrap the other day and it was delicious.

Started with some pre-made avocado spread, added some frozen shredded potatoes, scrambled eggs (add cheese and hot sauce if you like) - then rolled it up tight.

Here’s the key: toss it in a hot pan and toast both sides till crispy. Game changer. 🔥

Mixed a little sour cream with water to thin it out and drizzled it over the top. Took like 10 minutes total. Easy, filling, and actually good.
